Playing in the sand box was
freeing and fun because…
There were no rules and regulations about how to play or build there
No one, including you, expected something to be perfect
You could just express yourself without any judgment
There aren’t many places in life where these open-ended, accepting conditions exist. But if they did, you wouldn’t recognize this planet!
Everyone’s genius child would be excited about creating his/her own unique 'whatever' with full confidence that it could be done.
We would all be open to appreciating what our playmates created because we aren’t squelched by what things and people should look like.
We could maintain a healthy detachment from our creations, because we realized it was all sand and very temporary
Sounds fabulous, doesn’t it? I’m silly enough to believe this can be reality. I believe waking up to being aware that we really are genius kids playing in a sand box is the solution to all our problems.
All the therapy and self-help programs we ingest can be summed up into our seeing and appreciating our unique selves….the good, the bad and the ugly. When we feel self love and respect, we love and respect others.
Be aware of how wonderful you are with all your facets. Once you really see YOU, you will also see others in the sand box as equally unique and wonderful.
None of us are the bad, ugly incompetent slugs we think we are. We’ve been sabotaging ourselves for years by thinking things like,
“Oh, I could never do that!” or
“I’m so fat. I’ll never be slender and beautiful.”
Or “I’m a failure because I’m not as rich, successful or (fill in the blank) as him or her.”
That's all the Madison Avenue propoganda we've been brainwashed with for decades. We are not powerless victims of our past, other people, our government, etc.
These negative thoughts never entered our minds when we were children playing in the sand box! I am serious, children. The Kingdom of Heaven is for children – your inner, untapped genius child. Let him/her out to play!!
In this school recess is cumpulsory, class is optional!!!

ENERGY AWARE
The goal of creating the Cosmic Sand Box is to give you tools to awaken you to the powerful essence of your true nature... to help you become Energy Aware.
Our entire Universe is essentially energy in vibration. This includes YOU. Your thoughts and emotions (energy in motion) have vibration, and when combined with strong emotions, the vibration increases in intensity. You are a COSMIC BEING, creating every moment through the vibrations of your thoughts and feelings. You are not just a Human Being.
Try this exercise to see what I mean. Throw your arms open and say "YES" or "Thank You" and smile. The vibration you create accelerates and expands outward in light and life -affirming energy patterns, which are invisible to the naked eye, but very real nevertheless. Do you feel the energy of YES?
You can change your emotional state almost instantly by doing this little exercise, or any other like smiling or breathing deeply three or four times. Don't take my word for it...try it for yourself when you are feeling depressed or frustrated.
